To celebrate the next installment of Sex and The City, Nad’s Hair Removal investigated the most recent fashion in Australia’s ‘below the belt’ grooming habits. So, if you’re planning to head to the bright lights of the capital and snag oneself a little bit of fun, you will not face any hairy predicaments along the way.
The court is out, the majority of men desire the Brazilian (hairfree) when it comes to girl’s ‘downstairs’ self care. In fact, some men even labeled hair down there as a ‘turnoff’. However, modern ladies are not giving into the wants of guys; the most popular grooming choice for ladies is a ‘neatly groomed area’.
In contrast to the latest rumours that ‘the bush is back’, 85percent of ladies opt to groom their ‘downstairs area’. Of these ladies, the majority are deciding for ‘at home’ alternatives to hair elimination.
And if you think Australian women are using the winter season as an excuse to “let the grass grow”, you’d be wrong. Over 60% of ladies ensure their groomed all year round, most sighting partners or ‘unexpected relations’ as the reason for her yearlong regime.
Females are opting for laser pubic hair removal in droves, in fact when asked if they’d laser downstairs and go hair free forever, 60per cent of ladies leaped at the idea of not ever having to groom their downstairs area again.
Interestingly fellas are shying away from the down below the belt afro too. Downstairs grooming is also the norm for fellas these days, with 64% of males choosing to primp their area. So why is it that men are turning to manscaping, well it’s not the obvious choice of bigger looking parts that tops the list. The blokes chose the simple fact that “sex feels better” as the best reason for grooming.
However, the women of Australia will be pleased to learn a partner’s likes and dislikes rates a near 2nd in the thinking lurking behind grooming selections. 1 manzilian master affirms “if I expect ladies to do it, then I need to”.
But while blokes are all for deforestation downstairs, you can’t be expecting to see them talking hair styles at the pub. 72per cent of males will never talk about downstairs grooming with their mates – ala Sex and the City.
And for guys looking at impress the women, it’s time to ditch the gorilla suit. Over half of the women of Australia sited a hairy guy as a turnoff with back hair as the biggest male turnoff (over 60%) surprisingly followed by torso hair, with buttocks hair emerging in at 3 rd.
